Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
Handle cash, credit, and other transactions using the POS system.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Ensure accurate cash balancing at the beginning and end of shifts.
Assist with answering customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
Support other team members during busy periods as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
