Job Overview:

We are looking for a lively, committed, and cheerful Cashier to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, skilled in customer interaction, and able to support both the front and back of house operations. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and handle payments (cash, card, or online). Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely dispatching of orders for delivery or pickup. Assist the kitchen crew with basic preparation and cleaning tasks when needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and working area. Provide friendly and respectful customer service at all times. Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members. Ensure all transactions are recorded properly and reports are balanced at the end of the shift. Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) -- this is essential. Previous experience as a cashier or in a food service environment preferred. Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment machines. Strong sense of commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. Positive attitude -- respectful, cheerful, and good with people. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
