Location: Al Zahia Shopping Mall - Sharjah

Timings:

Weekdays 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Weekends 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team during a special 45-day event. Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers, promote our bakery products, and encourage them to enjoy our dinner offerings. If you love interacting with people and have a talent for creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Promote bakery products and dinner options effectively.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions confidently. (Training/briefing on the products will be provided and shared).
- Create positive and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting display area.
- Take orders from the customers, punch them in our POS system, and give the order to the chef, and hand it over to the customer once ready.
- Collect payment Cash/POS Machine from the customers.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
?- Ability to persuade and upsell products naturally.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
- Availability for the full 45-day event period.

Pay: AED2,350.00 - AED2,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 46 per week
