A trading company in Sharjah is looking for a candidate with cashier/sales coordination experience to help the business with its day-to-day activities.
:
Handle walk-in customers
Handle cash transactions with daily endorsement and reports
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Balance the cash register for transaction accuracy
Create invoices, receipts, delivery orders and other related documents
Work on ERP software to update inventory and documents
Handle sales returns, thereby resolving customer complaints
Arrange and prepare items for client delivery
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Monitor inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Collaborate with senior sales staff in meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
Any other task as advised by the management
Job Qualifications:
1-2 years of UAE experience is a plus
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in a related field
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication and negotiation skills
Male candidates preferred
