Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts and reconcile discrepancies
- Scan and process merchandise using the POS system.
- Ensure accuracy in handling transactions and providing correct change.
- Verify product prices and promotions.
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with other store staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and management.
