Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable

Cashier/Retail Sales Person

for our client

The Snicker Doodle which is

a popular snack shop located in Jumeirah 1, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the efficient operation of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Cash Handling:

Process cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and accurately through the POS system.

Sales:

Upsell and promote special offers or new products to boost sales.

Inventory Management:

Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining an organized, clean, and well-presented store.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the snack products, their ingredients, and special offers to answer customer queries.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the shop remains clean, tidy, and safe for customers at all times.

Reporting:

Keep daily sales records and assist in end-of-day cash reconciliation.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a cashier or retail sales role (preferably in a food or snack environment). Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
