Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Greet guests as soon as they arrive at the reception, and process they requests
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all documents related to the reception operations
Prepare membership cards for new members
Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail or face-to-face
Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave
Take and pass on messages to Guests
Deal with special requests from Guests
Answer questions about what the beach offers and the surrounding area
Deal with complaints or problems
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
Manage transactions with customers using cash rand cards
Punch guests order and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or card
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Cross-sell items and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving the beach
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Experience:
* Hospitality Receptionists: 3 years (Required)
