Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
Issue receipts, and maintain proper transaction records.
Manage daily cash register reconciliation and prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the workshop and sales team for customer billing and job status updates.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk/counter area.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role (preferably in automotive or retail sector).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
Fluent in English.
Must be presentable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
