Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and ensure a smooth checkout experience
Process payments accurately via cash, card, or digital methods
Issue receipts, handle refunds, and manage exchanges professionally
Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station
Reconcile cash drawer at shift end and report discrepancies
Address customer queries and minor complaints with courtesy
Support team operations and promote products when appropriate
Qualifications & Skills
High school certificate or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer-facing experience
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
