Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Handle customer transactions accurately, including sales billing, returns, and payments. Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and credit notes. Operate POS systems and billing/accounting software. Reconcile daily cash and card payments and prepare daily sales reports. Assist with inventory tracking through billing and return entries. Update and maintain customer records. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Respond to customer questions about invoices or billing issues. Follow company cash-handling and reporting procedures.

Experience



1-3 years of experience in cashiering or billing.

Skills



Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing/accounting software. Familiar with POS systems and electronic billing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Dragonmart, Dubai

Working Hours:

Sunday-Thursday: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
Working time inclusive of break hours

Days Off:

2 days per month 2 months of trail period, confirmation based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
