Job Summary: Looking for a Cashier/Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle cash, credit or cheque transactions with customers, vendors and suppliers
  • Make sure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer
  • Keep up clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Make sure pricing and invoices are correct
  • Handle customers in a pleasant way to ensure satisfaction
  • Preserve monthly, weekly as well as daily report of transactions as required
  • Settle customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information as necessary
  • Maintain reports of transactions
  • Organize documents and records including requisitions, work orders, purchase orders as well as invoices
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite required
  • Should be able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to use the accounting software
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Should have good knowledge in operating scanners, scales, cash registers as well as other electronics
  • Must be polite with a positive attitude
  • Make sure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer
