Job Description
Sweet Greens is looking for a friendly and reliable team member who can handle multiple front-of-house responsibilities. This role includes greeting guests, managing seating, taking orders, operating the POS system, processing payments, serving food, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage reservations or walk-ins Take customer orders accurately and provide menu guidance Operate the POS system and handle cash/card payments Serve food and maintain clean dining and service areas Provide fast, polite, and professional customer service Support daily operations to ensure an excellent guest experience
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred Strong communication skills Positive attitude and teamwork mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be based in UAE and available to join immediately
