Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
Cashier
to handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process payments, and ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and respond to their queries. Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale (POS) equipment. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately. Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed. Count cash at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate drawer balance. Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area. Bag purchases and assist customers with their items when necessary. Follow all store policies and procedures regarding money handling and security. Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity to management. Support other team members and assist with stocking or tidying as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
