Customer Service
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, product location, or complaints. Provide a pleasant checkout experience.Cash Handling
Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and mobile payments. Count cash in the register drawer at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensure correct change is given. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently. Notify supervisors of low stock or stock discrepancies. Occasionally assist in restocking shelves or displays. Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges following company policies. Maintain accurate transaction records. Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (bags, receipt paper, etc.). Follow hygiene and safety procedures. Follow all store policies and procedures.Team Collaboration
Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
