Cashier Supervisor
Job Description
Overview
Preparing, tracking, and updating daily and periodic reports including productivity, attendance, terminal closing, and Front-End performance statistics.
Ensuring accurate monitoring and strict control of till balances at all times.
Verifying cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Managing and safeguarding cash register keys and other security controls related to products such as apparel, liquor, records, and similar items.
Supporting operational accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies in reports or cash handling.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (graduates will be preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail sales environment.
Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Excellent numerical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
