We are looking for Cashier as a first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for handling transactions efficiently while also acting as a Customer service point of contact to promote our offerings and ensure a positive guest experience..
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and debit payments while ensuring accuracy.
Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
Educate guests on all available packages, offers, and ongoing promotions.
Proactively promote Adventureland's packages and promotions to help guests choose the best value experience.
Provide clear and complete information to guests to ensure they can avail the best deals and offers.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and polite manner.
Follow all park policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Proven experience as cashier or in customer service
Creative, energetic, and able to engage with guests effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
