Job Description
Greet customers warmly and respond to questions.
Operate cash registers, scanners, and card machines.
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit, or mobile payments).
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
Bag purchases or help customers pack items.
Keep checkout areas clean and organized.
Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
Follow all store policies, including those related to age-restricted sales and returns.
