As we launch our new project in Ras Al Khaimah, we are seeking reliable and professional Cashiers to manage guest payments and ensure smooth financial operations at the front of house.

Role Purpose
The Cashier will be responsible for handling all guest transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. This role is based in Ras Al Khaimah and is critical in ensuring a seamless guest experience from ordering to payment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Transactions
Handle guest payments accurately via cash, card, or digital payment systems.
Issue receipts, process refunds, and maintain proper billing records.
Answer guest queries related to bills and charges courteously and professionally.
Ensure smooth coordination with the service team for split bills, group payments, or special requests.
Operational Duties
Maintain the cashier station, cash register, and payment devices in an organized manner.
Perform opening and closing cash procedures accurately.
Track daily transactions and report discrepancies to the management.
Assist with daily financial reconciliations and end-of-day reports.
Standards & Compliance
Adhere to RIKAS Group's cash handling policies and procedures.
Maintain high levels of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
Uphold professional grooming, appearance, and behavior standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in the hospitality or retail sector preferred.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high integrity.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be available to join immediately in Ras Al Khaimah.
