Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or orders. Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system (cash, card, or digital payments). Issue receipts, handle returns or exchanges, and manage the cash drawer responsibly. Ensure proper pricing and scanning of items. Maintain a clean and organized cashier area at all times. Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts. Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Handle customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff. Promote and upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate. Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred. Strong numerical and accuracy skills. Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Trustworthy, responsible, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
