Cashier
Job Description
We seek a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our supermarket team. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transactions, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. We are specifically seeking Indian Nationals to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers at the checkout counter Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions Process refunds, returns, and exchanges as per store policies Accurately scan items and process transactions Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift Ensure proper handling of cash and other forms of payment Issue receipts, refunds, or changes to customers as needed Requirements Indian National preferred High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math skills and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Please send your resume/CV
