Salary Range: QAR 1800/- to QAR 2000/- (All-Inclusive)

Responsibilities:

Cash Handling:

Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision.

Provide correct change to customers and ensure the security of cash transactions.

Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.

Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.

Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.

Sales Support:

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Collaborate with the sales team to promote current promotions or discounts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
