Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system, including cash and card.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the cash counter is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Handle cash, vouchers, and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented cashier station.
Assist guests with billing inquiries and resolve payment-related issues courteously.
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and F&B operational standards.
Report discrepancies, system issues, or suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately.
Support other F&B operations and duties as assigned by management.
