Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and accurate cash balancing.
Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain proper transaction records.
Assist in preparing daily cash reports and submitting them to the finance department.
Verify payment details and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
Support basic accounting and documentation tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting preferred.
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar finance-related role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
