Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash, credit, and online transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and reconcile cash drawers and ensure balance accuracy at the end of each day.
Prepare receipts, invoices, and payment records in compliance with company policies.
Manage petty cash and report discrepancies immediately.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
Support the finance department with data entry and documentation tasks.
Ensure that all cash handling procedures follow company and audit standards.
Provide courteous and professional service to clients and internal departments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar financial role.
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
