Full job description
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash, card, or mobile payments. Accurately process orders and provide receipts. Provide product knowledge and make suggestions. Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently. Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to management. Resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
