We are looking for a dedicated Cashier to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in handling customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Your work is essential in ensuring smooth financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. You will be involved in processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
As a Cashier at IIQAF, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the overall customer experience and operational efficiency. You will work on a variety of tasks, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and resolving customer queries. This role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a friendly demeanor to interact with customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and check payments
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
Maintain accurate cash drawer
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Ensure pricing is correct on items
Keep the checkout area clean and organized
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
Basic mathematical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
