The Cashier is responsible for handling sales transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cashier area. This role ensures a smooth and efficient checkout experience for all customers while supporting the farm's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately. Greet customers and provide excellent service at all times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment when needed. Follow cash handling procedures and ensure the security of cash and receipts. Support team members in day-to-day store operations as required.
Qualifications / Skills:
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
