At D Luxe, we are looking for a fresh, energetic and motivated individual who can fulfil the duties of a cashier exceptionally. As they play a vital role in ensuring the payment and processing of customer transactions, knowing how to handle both cash and debit transactions. With the ability to provide exceptional customer service through customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly attitude Accurately process transactions (cash, credit/debit card, online, and digital payments using POS systems) Prior to processing payments, confirm client accounts, purchase orders, and invoices. Respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints Monitor and report any discrepancies or shortages Assist in end-of-day operations, including sales report generation. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills Prior cashier experience in an automotive field if possible Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong accuracy, numeracy, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented skills Skilled in MS Excel, POS systems, and invoicing software
