- Cashier (Wholesale Division)Position

Location: Bur Dubai

Working hours 10:30 AM - 10 PM with 1 hour break

We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented

Cashier

to manage customer transactions in our wholesale operation. The role requires speed, accuracy, and strong organizational skills to handle high-volume sales while ensuring compliance with company financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Process transactions (cash, credit, bank transfer, digital payments) quickly and accurately. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts before processing payments. Maintain proper records of wholesale transactions and issue receipts, tax invoices, or delivery notes. Reconcile daily cash and prepare transaction reports for the finance department. Monitor and report any payment discrepancies, shortages, or fraudulent activities. Support the sales and warehouse teams in ensuring smooth checkout and dispatch operations. Assist in preparing customer statements and managing credit account settlements. Maintain compliance with company policies on returns, refunds, and discounts. Keep the cashiering area organized, stocked with payment materials, and ready for peak volumes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in accounting/finance is an advantage. Prior cashiering or accounts experience in

wholesale, distribution, or retail

is strongly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems, invoicing software, and basic MS Excel. Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure with bulk transactions. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
