Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Cashier
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English and Hindi communication customer service skills, the ability to handle transactions accurately, and a positive attitude. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient checkout processes while providing exceptional service to customers.Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases Operate cash registers and process cash, credit, and debit card transactions Ensure accurate handling of money, provide change, and issue receipts Scan items and bag products with care to ensure proper presentation Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Answer customer questions regarding store products, promotions, and policies Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly Assist in restocking and organizing store merchandise as needed Ensure proper handling of all cash and receipts, adhering to company policies Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Help with other tasks as needed, such as opening or closing the register, or assisting on the floor
