to manage day-to-day cash handling and financial transactions. This position is well-suited for a dependable individual who is comfortable with numbers and committed to maintaining financial accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions efficiently and accurately. Issue receipts, process invoices, and maintain records of daily cash flows. Reconcile cash drawers and ensure accurate closing balances at the end of each shift. Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction logs for audits and reporting. Assist the accounts department with daily cash reports and bank deposits. Handle petty cash disbursement and ensure proper documentation for all expenses. Provide basic customer support for payment-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and security standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or similar finance-related role. Basic understanding of accounting principles and transaction recording. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or POS software. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Honest, reliable, and able to handle cash responsibly. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
