This role involves supporting financial transactions as a cashier, receiving customer payments, and providing operational and administrative support in preparing sales documentation, customer interactions, and payment processing. The Role: Handle walk-in customer transactions daily, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate service. Manage all incoming payments, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers for property sales, installment plans, and related charges (e.g., NOC fees, late payment fees, RERA fees, title deed charges). Verify and process customer payments, ensuring transaction accuracy and updating accounts accordingly. Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks using official systems and maintain detailed records. Reconcile payments daily, prepare and post receipts, and resolve discrepancies. Manage large cash volumes and regularly report on cash and banking transactions. Maintain accurate records for postdated and security deposit checks, ensuring proper storage and tracking. Prepare and issue deposit slips for check deposits and ensure timely handover to the finance department for banking. Support the team by preparing and organizing sales reports, tracking customer payments, and updating the CRM system with sales data. Process transactions through POS systems for various real estate projects, ensuring smooth operation and accurate financial tracking. Generate financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales, payments, and balances for management review. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of sales, payments, and receipts in the financial system. Oversee day-to-day cashiering and sales operations, coordinating between sales, finance, and project teams. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree / Intermediate Institute Experience: 1-3 years in sales admin operations Skills: Organization, multitasking, interpersonal skills, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems (Salesforce) Seniority level
