Are you an experienced waiter/waitress with a passion for providing exceptional service? Do you have a deep knowledge of food and beverage, and perhaps even possess a keen understanding of coffee? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our well-established cafe & restaurant is seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. With 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, you will have honed your skills in delivering outstanding customer service and will be ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.

- Provide recommendations and answer any questions customers may have regarding the menu.

- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with 2-3 years in a similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, understanding of coffee will be added advantage.

- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
