Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented
Cashier
to join our finance team in
Dubai
. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day cash transactions while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment efficiently and securely.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
Maintain records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Prepare cash and cheque deposits for bank submission.
Ensure all financial dealings are in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Collaborate with the accounts department to support monthly closings and audits.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier desk and surroundings.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
1-2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a corporate or IT-related environment.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with billing systems, POS terminals, and basic accounting software.
Ability to handle transactions responsibly and confidentially.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
