Job Description
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our team for a one-day hospitality event. The ideal candidate will handle all cash and electronic transactions efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth financial operations throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently. Issue receipts and provide correct change to customers. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of the event. Assist guests with payment queries and provide prompt, professional service. Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless transaction flow. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality or events. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
