We are seeking a highly motivated and fast-learning individual to join our team as a Cashier cum Griller. This dual role requires efficient operation of the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash handling, while also ensuring the quality and speed of food preparation on the grill station. The ideal candidate must be reliable, quick to adapt, and knowledgeable in inventory control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
I. Cashiering and Customer Service
POS Operation:
Accurately process customer orders, inputting menu selections and managing modifications using the POS system.
Transaction Management:
Efficiently handle all sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments, ensuring proper change and accurate balancing of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly, answer menu inquiries, resolve minor service issues, and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment.
Upselling:
Promote special menu items, combos, and new products to maximize sales.
II. Grilling and Food Preparation
Grill Operations:
Operate the grill station to cook patties and other grilled items to the company's standards of quality, temperature, and presentation.
Speed and Quality:
Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately to maintain fast service times, especially during peak hours.
Cleanliness:
Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards at the grill station, food prep areas, and surrounding equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
III. Inventory and Stock Control
Stock Monitoring:
Assist in conducting routine checks of stock levels for patties, buns, grilling supplies, and front-of-house materials.
Restocking:
Promptly restock the cashier and grill areas throughout the shift to ensure continuous operation.
Waste Minimization:
Monitor product usage to minimize waste and report inventory discrepancies to the Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a fast-paced food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment is highly desirable.
Fast Learner
with the ability to quickly grasp new procedures, menu items, and POS system functions.
Demonstrated knowledge of
cashiering
procedures and safe cash handling practices.
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Basic knowledge of
inventory stocks
and stock rotation principles.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Salary Range:
Between AED 1800 to 2000 (All Inclusive) based on your experience and qualification.
Candidate must be available in the UAE and ready to join Immediately.
