Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Maintain records of daily sales and transactions
Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to standard guidelines
Ensure proper storage and hygiene of all meat items
Keep the work area clean and compliant with health & safety standards
Support team members with daily shop operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier and/or butcher is preferred
Knowledge of meat cutting and food safety standards
Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
