The Cashier - Games & Pool Area is responsible for handling customer transactions, managing game and pool bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. The role requires accuracy in cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and coordination with floor staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
Issue tokens, tickets, game cards, or pool table time allocations
Manage bookings and time tracking for pool tables and games
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Assist customers with game rules, pricing, and promotions
Resolve customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally
Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth game and pool operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area
Follow company policies, safety standards, and cash-handling procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Basic math and computer/POS system skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
