Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu items, product selections, and inquiries.
Provide product recommendations (e.g., pastries, beverages, cakes).
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Sales & Cashiering
Operate the POS system efficiently for billing and order processing.
Manage cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when required.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
Product Handling
Display bakery items, pastries, and cafe products attractively.
Assist in labeling, pricing, and restocking front counter items.
Ensure freshness and quality of products presented to customers.
Store Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter, display shelves, and dining area.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Organize takeaway packaging, utensils, and other service materials.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with baristas, bakers, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Support promotional activities or upselling of new products.
Assist in inventory checks and report low stock to the supervisor.
