The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient checkout area.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer purchases accurately using POS systems
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
Assist customers with inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Report cash discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
Always follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
Female applicants only
College level or higher
Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
Basic math skills and computer literacy
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically able to work long hours while standing
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
