Job Title: Cashier

Job Summary:

We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth checkout process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

Handle all cash, card, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) securely and accurately.

Operate POS systems, barcode scanners, and other checkout equipment.

Process sales transactions, issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges per company policy.

Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Assist with basic customer service and inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area.

Report technical issues, or unusual transactions to supervisors.

Follow company policies, UAE labour laws, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

Degree Certificate or equivalent.

Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service.

Basic knowledge of mathematics and POS systems.

Good communication skills in English other languages (Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog) is a plus.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Timings:

Working in shifts including weekends and holidays.

11 Hours work (10 hours Duty + 1 hour break)

May involve standing for long periods

Weekly 1 off which will be given from Monday to Thursday

2 years of contract

Salary 2000 - 2200 AED

Visa + Health card will be provided by the company
