Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Order Processing
: Accurately process customer orders and ensure items are entered correctly into the system.
Cash Handling
: Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain a balanced cash register.
Customer Inquiries
: Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and services. Provide helpful recommendations.
Promotions and Upselling
: Promote cafe specials, new items, and loyalty programs to customers.
Maintain Cleanliness
: Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized throughout your shift.
Coordinate with Staff
: Work closely with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory Control
: Assist in tracking stock levels for cashier-related items and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
Requirements
:
Previous Experience
: Experience in cashier, customer service, or retail roles is preferred.
Customer-Oriented
