Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Cashier

with hands-on experience using

Al Ameen Accounting Software

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining proper records in the accounting system. A professional attitude, strong math skills, and familiarity with accounting procedures are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all cash, card, and digital transactions with customers efficiently and accurately. Generate invoices and receipts using

Al Ameen Accounting Software

. Record and reconcile daily sales and cash collections. Maintain and update cash registers and petty cash records. Verify and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift. Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department. Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions in Al Ameen system. Report discrepancies, returns, or payment issues to the accounts supervisor. Assist in preparing end-of-day financial summaries. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a cashier, preferably in retail or service sectors.

Proficiency in Al Ameen Accounting Software

. Strong numerical and communication skills. Good understanding of basic accounting and invoicing principles. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions accurately. Trustworthy, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
