are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As the Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and supporting the smooth operations of our establishment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash transactions, processing payments from customers, and providing them with appropriate receipts.

2. Sales Recording: Recording sales transactions, ensuring accuracy in product prices, and reconciling cash registers at the end of each shift.

3. Billing and Invoicing: Preparing invoices for clients through Odoo ERP Solutions

4. Daily Reports: Generating daily reports of sales, cash transactions, and other financial data, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.

5. Collaborating with the inventory team to keep track of stock levels and assisting with inventory counts as required.

6. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns related to payments and billing.

7. Administrative Support: Assisting in various administrative tasks, such as filing financial documents and maintaining records.

8. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements.

9. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to ensure smooth communication and efficiency.

10. Assistance and Reporting: Supporting and reporting to the financial head with all queries and tasks as scheduled and advised.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree; additional accounting or finance-related education is a plus.

Proven experience in cashiering, accounts, or a related field within the food and beverage industry.

Familiarity with cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic accounting software. (Knowledge with Odoo ERP Solutions will be preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
