MADO Restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

Cashier

to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience, and supporting the front-of-house team with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a warm and professional manner. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently. Ensure cash register balances at the beginning and end of shifts. Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station. Collaborate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with basic administrative and cashier-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous cashier experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
