Job Position: Cashier

Key Responsibilities (Cashier)



Provide excellent customer service by

always greeting customers and speaking politely and respectfully.

Professionally handle customer complaints

by following the company's SOP Process customer transactions

accurately

using POS (Point-of-Sale) system Process ordering of supplies (food and raw materials) through the company's own system/software. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy Balance cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop. Support store operations such as stocking shelves and updating product displays Stay updated on promotions, products, and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements (Cashier)



High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not always required) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems Strong numerical skills and accuracy in handling money Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks if required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
