We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:



Checkout Operations:



Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.

Scan and bag items accurately, ensuring correct pricing and discounts are applied.

Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the POS system.

Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.

Customer Service:



Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions and addressing inquiries.

Assist customers in finding products and provide information on promotions and sales.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Support:



Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.

Monitor product levels and notify the appropriate department of any shortages or restocking needs.

Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage as directed by management.

Cash Handling and Reconciliation:



Handle cash transactions accurately, count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, and reconcile cash discrepancies.

Follow proper cash handling procedures and adhere to security protocols to prevent theft or loss.

Product Knowledge:



Stay informed about product offerings, prices, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Provide product recommendations and upsell additional items based on customer preferences.

Team Collaboration:



Work collaboratively with the cashier team, sales associates, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address any operational issues or customer feedback.

Cleanliness and Organization:



Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including keeping counters free of clutter and debris.

Assist with general store cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,300.00 per month
