Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Transaction Handling

Operate the cash register/POS system efficiently and accurately. Process cash, card, or digital payments, issue receipts, and ensure correct change. Handle refunds, exchanges, or voids following company policy. Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

2. Customer Service

In any situation, Greet customers warmly with a smile and provide assistance during checkout. Handle inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable counter area. Promote ongoing promotions or new products to customers when appropriate.

3. Financial Accountability

Ensure all transactions are recorded properly and funds are secure. Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages immediately to the branch supervisor or manager. Assist with daily sales reports and deposit preparation.

4. Store/Branch Support

Support branch operations when not serving customers (e.g., packing, restocking, cleaning). Coordinate with kitchen or sales staff to ensure smooth service flow Maintain compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.

QualificationsEducation:

Senior High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, accounting, or related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

At least

1 year of experience

in cashiering, retail, or customer service preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Skills:

Proficiency in English Basic math and numerical accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer use. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.
