Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with customers Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers Greet customers and assist with inquiries Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Follow all cash handling and operational procedures Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of shifts Assist with stocking shelves or other store duties when required
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and computer skills Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays Honest, dependable, and well-presented
