Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Van Sales Representative

to drive sales of our fresh products directly to retail customers through a company-provided van. In this role, you will manage a designated route, build strong client relationships, process digital transactions, restock inventory, and ensure excellent service at every stop. This position combines sales, customer service, and logistics--ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a company van to service a pre-assigned route of retail customers (e.g., Hypermarkets, Specialty stores, gas stations, small grocers). Present, sell, and deliver products directly to customers on a daily basis. Handle sales invoicing in digital methods and maintain accurate transaction records. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business opportunities along the route. Monitor inventory levels in the van, customer shelves and warehouse, place orders for restocking, and ensure products are displayed attractively. Conduct product demonstrations or promotions as directed by the sales management. Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols for handling merchandise, and vehicle operation. Complete daily sales reports, expense logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time. Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical readiness of the sales van.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in field sales for fresh products, route sales, retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus. Basic experience with mobile POS systems is advantageous. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with local geography and confident navigating with GPS or route maps.
